ok i like a girl who goes to my brothers basket ball practice. it is a different girl. anyway she sees me everyday i go there. i think i should ask her out to the dance coming up. she is really cute to me. she also is a great basketball player. i like basket ball a lot anyway. should i ask her or write a not to her and let my friend give it 2 her?????????????????????/

i dont know if the last answer will work i am really shy. i know her a little, but if i do ask her out. first of all her father is her coach. ok, continuing, if i do ask her out then she will tell her father and her father will come have a talk to me.

Don't ask your friend to give a note to her. Just give to her directly...but try not to sneak it into her purse because it sometimes look bad(like you are stealing from her). But it's only if you are shy, use a note. The best solution would be to ask her out directly, in person. That would work.
PS: If you are going for the note, don't forget to write your phone number(and a name if she doesn't know your name) so she can contact you.

If you really like her, then ask her! But take it from a girl who's had her heart broken by stupid guys, ask her yourself! Preferably in person, but dont beat around the bush. Just be really sweet, like surely you are. How can she say no to that?

no giving her a not is great, but never make a friend give it to her. Slip it into her bag or leave it is a obviously visible place and walk away or just hand it to her.
