My internet is from my cable co. and I do not use a land line. What is a cheap and easy program I can use to e fax?

Many ... but they have to go to a server that forwards them to a phone line (for the recipient).
There are service fees for that :

I used efax a few years back and it was great, goes through your email. They have a 30-day free trial period too, just went to the website.
