The first year of the cobalt was 2005, a brand new one only costs $13,500 as I have seen them advertised for that in the paper, I'm sure for that price it doesn't have all the gingerbread on it but it is a brand new car with a 5 yr. 100,000 mile warranty and gets 34 MPG. To answer your question, yes, you could get a used one for less than $15,000.

Since there is no money involved, I would do like the first guy said. Look in the classifies. Also look in Ebay for cars. Now when you do find one in the paper let me know and I will tell you what to do and look for. I already have a pasted answer.
