Tried Proactive and Acne Free (Acne Free is a brand you will find at walmart/walgreens). I've never had severe acne, just a little here and there, but Acne Free was just as good, less expensive (about $17?) and I didn't to sign up for a monthly membership or anything.

1. Regular toothpaste. Use it to put it on your zits. But make sure the toothpaste doesnt have the tar-tar control.
2. Acne pads & Face wash. It works good if you keep doing it.
3. Wash your face every single day and use your Ance treatments after.

use toothpaste, put it on the pimple at night and leave it on all night, wash it off in the morning. but I'm been and still am in your shoes. I've been dealing with acne for about 10 years, the only thing that worked for me is antibiotics, i know it sounds expensive but if you have insurance might as well use it. hope this helps

i can suggest you see a dermatologist...or go to a derma clinic before doing anything on your acne...they can give you an exact details on how to get rid of it.in the meantime, you should eat healthy foods and free from fats...in this way you prevent more acnes growing and also get some enough rest...

i dont think toothpaste works because i brush my teeth at least twice a day and i'm a messy brusher lol and i always get it on my chin, which is wicked broken out where the toothpaste gets (yeah, i wash it off) and i just have the regular toothpaste, not the whitening or tarter control.

try drinking a lot of water.
it really helps detox your skin..
plus it makes you feel better. :]
if not try to find some old listeren (that mouth wash)..
and put it on a cotton ball and rub it on the problem areas.
sleep and wake up.. you will see a diff in one to 2 days :]
but yeah.. i hate acne..
