Yes, it's non-alcholic just like soda. You can drink anything in the car as long as it doesn't impair you and doesn't raise your Blood Alcohol Level.

There is not a significant enough amount of alcohol fume in the beer to affect the breathalizer at all. I think it takes like 30 non alcoholic beers to affect your b.a.c by a hundreth.

BUT... think about talking yourself out of that one. The cop may be cool and let you go, getting a laugh... but they also have the right to search the car for suspicion at that point. they can also analyze the beer to make sure its really non-alcoholic... blah blah blah.

good question, but i still think it'd be a pain in the *** to go through for a non-alcoholic beer. you know? go the extra mile to the bar for a real beer.

No, because there is still a small amount of alcohol in it. It is subject to the same purchase and use restrictions as full-strength beer.

if you look on the bottle it says contains less than .05% alcohol so I would assume no, plus it looks just like a real bottle of beer, so it gives a cop a reason to pull you over.

I"d think its ok...even though it has alcohol in it, its at a percent where its considered non alcoholic.

They have to mention there is still alcohol in it because some people refuse to even have a drop of alcohol.....and if they find out it did actually have alcohol, they'd sue.
