When I wore braces, I would eat peanut butter/jelly sandwhiches. I can also suggest scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes (instant if needed). Or, a nutritious milkshake---1 cup milk (in electric blender), 1 envelope of instant breakfast (like Carnation) I liked chocolate, some choc. syrup (added flavor), (back then a raw egg), and blend till easy to drink. Enjoy! I hope this helps. Take care.

Jello, pudding, soup, lots of soft foods. Very little solids.. But, I would eat your favorite foods before you get spacers so you won't be too miserable.. Stay away from really hard foods. Good luck!
