I wanted to know if there are any travel sites or agents
Where I can pay for my trip in payments I do not want to pay for my trip all at once if I dont have to

Most companys want to be paid in ADVAVCE for their services. You will find it difficult unless someone sponsers you. . Good luck . . .

You do not have a credit card? Or you do but if you buy the trip you will max it out and there will be no shopping in Hawaii?
In my youth I had an AXEX card. I asked if they would allow me to buy a trip and make payments and they said yes. If you have a credit card and are current, call them and see if they will extend you a tad more credit. They might just work with you!!

The only way to pay for your trip in installmants is to use your CREDIT CARDS (if you even have any): Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. No travel agent or travel sites in their right mind will pay for your entire trip in hopes you will be able to pay them back using installmants. Your better off using your credit card.

The only way to see Hawaii and make payments that I know of is to use a Cruise line (NCL has 7, 10 and 11 day cruises).

If you went to a travel agency you could give them payments but you probably have to have all of your airline at once.
When I went to Oahu I went to triple A and booked a week trip within my trip and paid for it there
