home ingredients are a waste. you end up with a mess, greasy hair, etc. don't try it!
you need a better shampoo and conditioner. you're using cheap crap, and that's your problem in the first place.
you should try redken fresh curls. they have a ton of products for curly hair to help smooth and define your curls.
but remember, salon products are 100% guaranteed only when sold by a professional - not meijers, target or walgreens

Hard to do it on the cheap. You need to buy a cheap hair straightner. Then I found out by accident, that if you use Expensive conditioner on your hair that will definitely leave it silky. I am a guy and when I wake up in the morning, my hair is each way but loose. I bought some conditioner that was 75% off at Target. I used it and I noticed that in the morning, my hair was in place when I woke up. A big surprise.
But for the big surprise on Wikipedia.
Sample conditioner
An easy and inexpensive way to condition light to medium-colored hair and improve the health of one's scalp is to mix 2 tablespoons (30ml) of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (but not both) with 1 cup (250ml / 8 fl oz.) of water and use in small amounts after shampooing. While this mixture does not foam or feel like a traditional conditioner, the positive changes to one's hair will be apparent after the first or second wash. Caution: lemon juice will turn naturally dark brown and black hair into a bright reddish orange hue with constant use. Do not use this method on dark hair colors unless you want the color change!

People I've worked on swear by Mayonnaise, but I don't recommend it because you may end up smelling like a Salad by night.
I have experimented with Olive Oil. Here's a good receipt:
8 oz. Applicator Bottle (one with pointed top) or Spray Bottle
1 oz. of Olive Oil
7 oz. of Water (Evian) or other purified water
1/2 tsp. of Vanilla or your favorite Fragrance
Shake well before each use.
Spritz the Hair at the Bottom, on wet or dry hair.
This definitely works as a Home-made de-Frizz-er.

If you have a light hand lotion you can put it through your hair too, it helps alot (just not one that's too greasy) try a small amount at a time.
You can try a hot oil treatment with olive oil. just heat a small amount 1/4 cup or so in the microwave for a few seconds just til it's warm not too hot and comb it through your ajir and wrap it a towel for half an hour. Then shampoo as usual, it makes my hair really soft and feels great! good luck!

get bed head defrizzer and apply from roots of hair to the tips. do this when hair is till wet from shower. next blow dry with a round brush that you can buy at any department store. After that then you sould apply some soft curl cream by garnier fruitis. Or for a more wet style apply mousse and gel for a sleek wet none frizzy style. Hope I helped!

Honey, egg whites and a little lemon juice will do the trick and your hair will smell WONDERFUL to boot!! The lemon softens your hair and the honey coats it to make it shine. The egg whites, believe it or not, give it body and bounce (don't let this out, but lots of shampoos actually contain these ingredients :)

Olive oil is truly stable. you in basic terms soak your hair with it and depart it for 15-30 min then shampoo and condition like frequent. additionally once you utilize shampoos, conditioners or the different products stay away from those components. they're very volatile and could make your hair dry, frizzy and unmanageable. truly worry-loose components Sodium Lauryl Sulfate Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate Ammonium Laureth Sulfate Ammonium Xylene Sulfonate TEA Lauryl Sulfate Sulfur (in dandruff shampoos) Selenium Sulfide (in dandruff shampoos) much less worry-loose components Magnesium Sulfate Sodium Thiosulfate Sodium C14-sixteen Olefin Sulfonate Alkyl Sodium Sulfate Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate TEA-Dodecylbenzene Sodium C12-15 Alkyl Sulfate Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate

Egg whites and butter work
Honey can also do the job, but if you keep it in too long, it'll screw up your hair!! But Honey works best.
Olive oil is also pretty good, but dont use it too much.

Mayonaisse, it works but it will weigh down your hair, so do it a day when you will just be home. But it should be fine the next day.
