A field report was made out. This means if you get pulled over for the same thing in a week, you WILL get a ticket because you've been told once. No, neither your parents or your insurance company will find out about a warning.

Highway patrol and police keep a private record of warnings and they won't usually give you too many warnings in a year. It doesn't get reported to insurance, it gives no points on your driving record and there are not monetary fines.
Its almost like it didn't happen and the police who pulled over could tell he scared you straight so didn't bother to give you a ticket. Your parents won't find out unless you tell them or someone who saw you tells them.
Be careful and what ever you did to get pulled over, quit doing that...slow down, use your signals, fasten your seat belt, come to a complete stop at stop signs and lights. You'll be okay but its always good to stay a little scared when ever you're driving...it makes you more cautious and aware.
Let this be a WARNING to you.

Expect the 5-0 to keep a close eye on you for a while. Warnings, however, aren't the type of things you should worry about. When/if you do get a ticket (and you're off to a wonderful start! Congratulations! Make your fellow speed freaks proud!), it will show up on your record and insurance. For now, though, I wouldn't sweat it.

Be VERY careful from now on. I had a friend once that got pulled over for speeding and was given a warning like you were. When my friend wasn't looking the cop slipped a device on my friends car that tracked his every move, they watched him like a hawk for several years until he sold that car. Where ever he went there were plain clothes officers watching him. It was really freaky too. He was at the point where he was about to commit suicde for fear of being caught of breaking the law. Good luck dude we are all pulling for you until you get this behind you.

Consider yourself very lucky. A warning does not go on your record and is not counted as a point against your license. Take it as a nice gesture from a compassionate police officer, and slow down. Drive safe and you'll be fine in the future, however if you continue to speed don't count on the next officer being so easy on you.

You better tell your parents because they will find out . Consider your self to having had gotten your hands slapped (warning)next time you may not be so lucky. Tell your parents as it is on record in the "TICKET" BOOK and will not be forgotten

Consider yourself extremely lucky. You have absolutely nothing to worry about since most states don't even make field reports. In other words, if you get another warning.. you should buy a lotto ticket.

no worries....the cop was being nice to you....it was just a warning and they dont keep records of it....they write warnings to prove they are doing their jobs...they have a quota of tickets to write everyday

When you finally get home you are eaten by spiders and misquotes.
That's such a bad deal.
