Since the cult itself is so broken up (the Dawns vs. the Old vs. Berean vs. the Maranatha Christadelphianists) they don't really have one single symbol that they can all agree on.
If you visit their web pages, most have some kind of hand holding something, like a globe or an open bible.

There's a lot of things that could symoblize the "Mormon" church, things that others see that remind them of us- Statues of the Angel Moroni on our temples- Moroni was an ancient prophet/historian. He was the last writer in the Book of Mormon which was named after his father. Our temples- We build temples as sacred places of worship. It's where we can go to pray for extra guidance in our lives. We also are able to do proxy salvation work for the dead. No, they are not forced to accept this work- but when we do it, the option becomes available to them. The Book of Mormon- Compiled by Mormon, hidden by his son Moroni, translated by Joseph Smith... It stands by the Bible as a second testimony that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and the Redeemer of mankind. The Beehive- Early in the days of the LDS church, the beehive became our symobl for industry- using our time, tallents, resources to make the best of any given situation. This is also one of the symbols of Utah, where most are LDS. But, I think the truest symbol of the LDS church is the Living Christ. Yes, He paid for all our sins and died for us, but His greatest miracle is that He rose from the dead. He's not dead anymore. All the great things He's done for us- they were done while He was alive- either the first time, or since His Resurrection. I really think that's the gist of the Gospel of Jesus Christ- that even though we're imperfect and flawed, through our best efforts and His gift, we can be perfect and return to God.
