Okay there's a girl I work we are friendly , today when she was sitting next to me she moved her arm and it touched my arm and we stayed like that for a few minutes. And then again are legs touched and we kept them like that for a few minutes. Is this innocent contact that I shouldn't think about, or could this possibly be a way of her possibly feeling me out. I mean I liked how she felt against me. I actually was aroused by this. Do you think she may be into me, or am I reading too much into this?

I am going through something similar with a coworker guy, and it is hard to interpret such behavior. Even if you try to interpret it, ie., thinking she is 'into you' that doesn't necessarily mean she is going to take it somewhere or you should (you both work together.)

Watch her body language around others. Does she do this with other guys? If so, you can't really attach alot of meaning to it. If she doesn't, then maybe she either feels very comfortable around you or is feeling you out... Two very different things, right?

Give it time and spend more time around her. When you are standing together, try to step closer to her. If she pulls away, there's either no interest or she is shy/scared (sorry, i know this isn't clarifying anything). Try striking up convos with her, see how it goes, and just try to do some innocent flirting. After all you work together and if if goes bad, you don't want her to accuse you of anything wrong. Good luck to you!

I don't know if it's normal behavior or not. Maybe you just want it to be a sensual contact but maybe to her it's probably just a friend just mistakingly touching a friend. If you want to know really, trying mimic what she did to you and see if she felt the same way as you. And if she does, then maybe there are some sparks in there air. And if she says what are you doing, than you must've interpret wrong about how she felt up on you.

It may be innocent contact, but it does sound like she may have been seeing how you would react. If you like her, ask her out and see what happens.
