i've taken showers before i go to bed since as long as i can remember. idk what's wrong with your friend. i can see fine.

No, this isnt true. There are several myths, and nearly all of them are false. This is one of them. But, sleeping with wet hair can you a cold, so try not to do it too often! :)

Please, Do not listen to your friend. They are sadly misinformed. Sleeping with your hair wet only gives you the chance of getting a headache, if the room is pretty cold.

sleeping with wet hair is merely uncomfortable, as your pillow gets wet. i suppose that could cause mold to grow in your pillow, and perhaps that would make you sick, but not cause you to go blind...
