Let me address the age thing first. 35 y.o. Max but the time that you have in the reserve can be used to alter that, example; You have been in the reserve for 6 years your age would be changed to 41 y.o. that is 35 plus 6 = 41
School? This is more complicated You have both a BA/BS plus you have a MA/MS, They may all have the same major or be different, but if this is not sort after by the military then you might go on active duty as a E-6
Test? covered by degree

USAF/Ret.

Your area of expertise may also effect the age requirement the age requirement above is for an enlisted person, which you are now

a million. possibilities of an Air stress reservist getting to bypass on energetic responsibility, are slender and none. Apply for OCS, get accepted, successfully complete the course. Your degree has to be in a field where they can use it. My chemistry degree wasn't in 1970.

The age varies with the degree. They will take nurses up 42.

OK. Stay Air Force. They take better care of their people and they have a much better fammily support if you get deployed. You may get trained in signal, but you may end up being deployed like an infantry man.
