have you had chicken pox? if not, that could be your problem. if you've had them, do you have allergies? if so, it could be laundry detergent, fabric softener, change of soaps or shower gels, lotions, etc. can you think of anything you've changed like that? or have you eaten anything that you don't normally eat? could you have gotten around any poison ivy or poison oak? if you can't remember doing anything different, I'm going to guess that you've either got an allergy to something, or having a skin problem that my aunt suffers from. I can't remember what it's called, but she gets little red bumps that itch like crazy and she has to see a dermatologist for it.
if you're having an allergic reaction, and want to make sure that's what it is, try putting some Benadryl cream on the affected area and see if that helps. be sure to follow the directions. or you could take the Benadryl capsules instead. just remember never to use the cream and the oral medication together. you will overdose on it.
Hope you feel better soon.

If the little red bumps have fluid in them then you could have chicken pox.

hives probably

they come from pretty much any irritation

sometimes i get them for no reason at all

eucerin and anti-itch cream will most likely put a stop to it

check what your clothes are made of, and if you're allergic to any of the fibers

It could be an infestation: fleas, chiggers, bed bugs, etc
