I took a quick look at the site and the format is very nice.
As for information, you might want to be more specific that it's geared toward Walmart employees.
Futher, you probably want to give some better overall 401K info for those who might not know what a 401K is for and why you might select particular funds at particular points in life based on a person's risk aversion, etc.
You mention a book, but I didn't see where to access the book/order it/read it. Do you have to send an email to get it? It might be better to be able to click to the associated question and/or be able to click to view/download it in PDF format.
If at some point, you could put a calculator to run some scenarios, that'd help too.
