Dude, I am not immigrant.
If you don't leave me alone I will kick your a s s ("romper la maceta" is roughly like kick a s s but not exactly)
I do speak english but go back to the hole you came from...("pinche galleta" is like say...emm...you f u c k i n g or something, literary "f u c k i n g cookie")

The person who wrote this might be a street-mexican haha or...she was really angry. She also has a lot of orthography errors.

It is bad Spanish so, it is difficult to understand.

What I can make is more or less:

I am not an immigrant.
If you don´t leave me in peace I am going to break your head.
Yes I know how to speak English, but go back to the hole where you came out from, (and 2 slang words = that I am not sure about).
