No, not a UTI, a UTI most always accompanies with some sort of low stomach cramping, and a lot of pain and a burning sensation when you pee. It could be a multitude of things. You would have to be at least 3-6 months pregnant to be peeing a lot. It sounds to me like you have pylenophritis (a kidney infection which causes inflammation of bilateral kidneys) It could be caused from holding your bladder from a length of time. You should go to your GP and confirm a diagnoses. I hope i could be of help!

well first of all, if you've never had sex then it's literally impossible for you to be pregnant, so no worries there whatsoever. however, if the pain is THAT bad, which it sounds like it is (needles, ouch!), you should definitely see a doctor if it doesn't stop or at least start to go away within a few days, or if it gets worse. i'm no doctor or nothing but i'm absolutely positive you're not pregnant (if you never had sex, that is), and it could be a number of things. probably just some bad gas from something you ate, lol. it happens. good luck! hope u feel better =)

Here is a simple remedy until you see your doctor.Massaging the back muscles will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain. More details and remedies at http://aches.in/backpainremedies.html
