He is 5'4" and 114lbs and he doesnt eat much. he will eat a little bit at every meal, but not a full serving. I want to know what might possibly be wrong like why is he getting sick all of the thime and what I can do to help.

You don't say how old your friend is, but it sounds like he is having some health problems that are affecting his appetite. Is he very worried and stressed out about something?
