so im in this program in high school that is supppper difficult.. and my parents have told me that if i just stick it out and get the IB diploma then they will buy me what ever car i want [under $60000] or i could buy a cheaper car and put a ton into it.
well i am now a senior and within 4 months of graduation.. and im stuck. i cant decided between a group of like 7. so if you could get any car in the world [that is legal in the US] what would you get?

I say the new Corvette Z06 wouldn't be a bad option. It is a little over 60 grand, perhaps you could find a used one. This car is the best value possible for a sport car. It competes with cars such as the Ford GT, Dodge Viper, and Porsche which are overpriced by a large margin.

Since you're a spoiled brat, you should get a brand new 08' G35 Coupe. It should be even under 50K fully loaded. Brand spanking new design. Spend the remaining 10K in clothes. You will be set. The brand spanking new G35 and your 10K clothes will fit your young spoiled brat image extrememly well. Good luck ;)

You should get a 04 or later Toyota Camry or Honda Accord and put the rest of the money in a savings account. Then the money will earn interest and you would be able to use it later on.
new cars and high school students dont really go together, so I think you should get a used Toyota or Honda and save the rest of the money. Its a better investment.

first off I'd like to say-YOU LUCKY LITTLE PUNK. I m a senior in HS and I got a good deal on a 96 chevy s-10 w/ 22,000 miles on it. it is the complete base model the only option they got was an automatic tranny. and I WORK my butt off to afford it and your parents are going to buy you any freakin' car you want. well if it was me I'd get a Truck or SUV mad in US. There is a different respect for US made cars and it is nice to get that respect. I don't got anything else to tell you

Get something exotic, like a Mid-Engine car.......Im thinking of something like a Lotus, Toyota MR-2 or even the Pontiac Fiero 1988 With T-Tops (the rarest model).....if you were to go that route you could drop an LS1 in the Fiero and have one of the fastest street legal car on the road.

Well if your thinking sports car there is the Corvette, BMW, Jaguar. If your looking for Luxury I would say Cadillac,Lincoln,Lexus,BMW and Affinity.

Get a lotus elise and put a ton into it, it weighs less than 2000 pounds so you can get alot of performance out of it.
