Skipping and swimming build up your stamina.... Other anaeoribic exercices like running, rowing and the ski machine help too. You also want to make sure tou keep your carbohydrates nice and high by eating cereal for breakfast and drinking a lot of milk. Always bring a drink like powerade when training to keep your hyrdrated and replace some of the chemicals you use when exercising.

eventually fatigue will set in and slow you down or tire you completely.

but you can slow the process by utilizing endurance training.

running, a heavy Cardio workout, or timing yourself to see how long you can sustain your full ability at a high rate is the only way to train to keep from "gassing" out during sparring or fighting.

but you need to start out at a low grade and work yourself up to your full potential over a period of several weeks.

Well, you need to build up stamina, the only way to achieve this is train cardio and practice sparring. 2 minutes non-stop sparring will show you how good of shape you're in. So train heavy on your cardio and practice your sparring and in no time you'll be able to go much longer.
