If you want to dodge faster, the first thing you need is a strong and flexible legs. Do more weight lifting because dodging is all about moving your body to avoid kicks and punches. Secondly is your waist. You must have a flexible waist to dodge faster. Do more stretching to your waist, increase the load time by time until you are able to make a 60degrees between your back and legs.
