If you're Christian and you died, what would be the thoughts running through your head when you found out that Islam (or any other conflicting religion you want to insert here) is true and you weren't going to Heaven?

Would God still seem fair? I hear Christians say that Jesus is the ONLY way to Heaven, and then they throw in the "God is fair" line.

Well, if your religion wasn't correct and you lived a moral life and yet you were still going to Hell FOREVER, would you still say God is perfect and fair?

i feel bad for the Christians everyday wondering what they will think when they die, and they realize they have been lied too. a terrible time indeed it will be for them.

If a conflicting religion is right, we wouldn't go to hell because that conflicts christianity. I'm a christian and I know that it is not lies. I have an intimate relationship with my Father and it's not just some belief. I know Him and talk to Him as closely as I do my other friends. Hypathetically speaking, it would totally stink if I died and went to hell, but I know that won't happen because I have the love of THE amazing awesome all-knowing Father and I know exactly where I'm going when I die.
Hope it helped,
Christi

Interesting question. I honestly don't know how I would react.
However, I'm one of those Christians who thinks that God is pretty understanding. I just don't see that happening. I think what matters to God MORE (and I really hope I'm right in this) is that a person seeks a personal relationship with Him. I've done that, so I can't see the God I know (and make no mistake, I do feel I know Him) sending me to Hell. I also can't see Him sending someone LIKE me to Hell.

Christianity IS true, so I wouldn't have to worry about that.

But if it did happen, I would say that God is still perfect and fair.

It would be MY fault for going to Hell forever because I refused to convert to the right religion.

When you pray, God will let you know exactly what religion is true and there will be no doubt.

That thought has crossed my mind many times, and sometimes I've wished it on them (not very nice, I know, but I have my reasons)
IMO, God is not fair at all.
Your third paragraph would be untrue as well; there would also be no Hell.
My idea of Heaven is D&D without the dice.

I Have asked myself the same question. All religions have their leaders and prophets. How do I know that Vishnu isn't a correct diety and that the Genesis God with the talking snakes isn't made up?

Christians only say Jesus is the only way into Heaven because the God of the one and only Bible says it's true. Can't argue with truth

That's like asking me what would be my reaction if I woke up and found I had never existed. What I mean is that, I don't even contemplate the possibility. Pretty bigotted, aren't I? Or maybe just convinced.

NO WORRIES!!!! When I got to Summerland, the Goddess would look at God and say" oh please...get over yourself" and I would be welcomed until it was time to be re-born/recycled over again.

What would you do if you found out your parents werent your real parents?

What if oranges werent orange? What if water wasnt wet?

Heaven isnt for people who think they are good, Heaven is for forgiven people.
