Why on earth would you want to relive stress?!!! Isn't it bad enough you went through it once? Too much will kill you you know. Ok, wait a minute, I can see a situation where you'd want to relive it. Lets say you were in a club one night and the Tropicana bikini team all wanted you for the night, but you could only pick one of them. Now thats some stress I wouldn't mind reliving.

In my opinion it is to take some time away from everyone and just relax, read the Bible and ask God to help you get rid of the stress. I've done it and it really works!!
If you get stressed to much, maybe your body is out of balance... try looking into some natural things to help (AVOID ALL CHEMICALS) I would recommend either Primorye Stress Relief Plus or Primorye Gold. They are filled with adaptogens (botanical herbs) which help to restore your peace of mind and body. If interested, go to http://www.oxyfresh.com/vlad/ then click on "Products" then "Nutrition & Stress Relief" and scroll down till you find these two!! Hope that helps!!
