I need to bear in mind shipping as I am in America and he is in England. I cannot go home for his 21st, well its unlikely, as I am going home in May for my dad's 60th. Any gift ideas that I can ship to him from America to England?

I think because he is a man it would best to just send money through Western Union for him to buy himself present or you can go any store and buy a visa card, and money put on it. After wards, you can ship it in small box with items in it, like a small Bible, including a card with a loving message.
You may want to add some photos of yourself and family members, and make a special drawing. He is really bless to have a special sister like you. I never had a sister and when I read loving messages like yours it makes me wish my parents had sister like you.
