There is a kid at my school. He is a gothic emo child and can be really nice if he wants. For the most part, however, is is a rude, self-obnoxcious, pig. He always calls me sexist and asks if I even knows what it means. Sometimes he says, "Sex is...",and yet again asks me if I know what it means. We used to date and he started hating me. Out of nowhere he told me he loved me and was dead serious. Then he started hating me again, and now I love him. What do I do?

First of all, how old are you and this boy? To me it sounds like the two of you are middle school-age. In which case, I think that love is a complicated thing (not that y'all don't know what love is, but just that it's hard to know what either of you want in a relationship yet).

If he is rude, why do you have feelings for him? Make a list of pros & cons... if there are more pros than cons, decide if he is worth the cons. If there are more cons, don't mess with him at all!

If you ever feel threatened by him, please let someone (preferably an authority figure like a teacher or school counselor) know immediately!

And to me it sounds like he is harassing you when you say "Sometimes he says, 'Sex is...' " Any kind of unwanted sexual advances or even when people TALK about sex around you (if you don't want to hear it) is a form of harassment, and you need to tell him to stop, and if he refuses, let a trustworthy adult know as soon as possible!

In my opinion, he seems like he may be a little too immature for you... but usually boys around the middle school-age don't really know much about girls yet. Just give dating some time!

you should move on for sure any guy that treats you like that is not worth it. no matter what you guys have been through it sounds like he sometimes loves you and then other times he hates you. i cant even imagine how you could be standing this. if i was you eveytime he did that to me i would feel like crying. you could never have a stable relationship. please move on.
