I don't think or believe you're going to find a store like that, as someone already stated the list is endless. The stores with the best turn around that I found,meaning getting your parts fast are Nashbar http://www.nashbar.com/index.cfm and Performance bike. http://www.performancebike.com/
If your looking for deals on used equipment try http://sfbay.craigslist.org/ then pick your location (state) then the area you're in (city) and find what your looking for, alot of cycling equipment new and used can be found there.

There are SO many out there that your question has no really good honest answer. Nashbar, Price Point, Wheel World.com, Beyond Bikes.com, JensonUSA.com. The list goes on and on and on..................You'll just have to do some web searching. Even on the web, I don't know where to direct you to a list.

Ive just been looking at some on teletext holidays. There is holidays to Gran Canaria and Tenerife for next week and next month for £139 each and the hotels look really nice. x
