find a safe house and stay there for the rest of my live
tell yourself that you never wrote it and belive yourself
mabey even write another note and let the teacher read it again.

Well, what did the note say? You could always walk up to her tomorrow and say "So, what did you think of my note?" It might end up being an ice-breaker.
