Take it slowly, does he do these things with other girls? If not, then he likes something about you. Ask him not so much as on a date, but just to goto the movies or a dinner. Progress from there, take it at one step at a time, also hint to him that you like him, etc. So flirt with him, touch him, smile at him. Etc
