My mom and dad are both O positive and so is my brother which was the first born but I have O Negative with an -RH factor and now my mom thinks she had an affair with another man about the time she became pregnant with me..is it possible my father is not really my father?

not exactly, but if your mom is putting that possibility out there and you really want to know, blood type alone will not give you a difinitive answer, you may want to have a paternity test done. If not, just forget about it. You dad IS your dad, biological or not. If he was there for you growing up that is what counts.

There are times when an entire family blood type don't match but they all have the same parents it they are that worried a simple blood test would .
