People with hypochondria are overly sensitive to the normal bodily sensations we all experience. They also assume the worst possible explanation they can think of. For example, a headache after a long stressful day would be in their mind an indication of a cancerous brain tumor. A rumbling stomach to them might indicate the begining of an exotic diease instead of hunger. if u have to ask ur probably not. most people who face those kinds of issue take alot of time before they will really ever except the fact they are what they are or have been doing what they did. First stage is always denial. I can tell your not, so dont worry. Goodluck, and think happy thoughts!
