Your crisis sounds very familiar... OH YEAH! My friend has a dog with the same illness as yours. She saved asking the vet for vitamins and it cured a 1/2 part of her puppies body. However soon she found out that her dog has been fighting with a different dog and that obtained the bacterias. The bacterias form of went to her dog too when she used to be combating. Her canine passed away by way of that acident. Only a speedy tip, never leave your dogs sight.

This is extremely serious and he should be seen by a vet as soon as possible- make an appointment tomorrow morning.
Possibilities include but are not limited to:
severe upper respiratory infection
something up his nose that shouldn't be there- anything from a blade of grass to a needle to a rock
Cancer (Early treatment is essential if it's this serious- don't delay).
Abcess
I don't want to scare you but you can't waste any time getting him to a vet. This is nothing to fool around with.

Report this to the vet pronto, these could be side effects of the drug and maybe the vet can suggest something different. I'd recommend calling the vet either way because this isn't good.
