Ok, there is this girl that i like, and she likes me, and we are not going out, and i don't know if she would want to go out with me. Valentine's Day is coming up. Should I get her something? Or would that be weird? It's kind of hard because we are both shy.

It really depends on what she thinks of you right now. If you talk to each other at all, she might think it's sweet. Be careful though, depending on what it is she might think it's creepy. You should really just ask her out.
