Try crest whitestrips, my mom uses them and they really work, i can't use them right now, though, because i have braces, but once i get them off, i will use them. There is also this whole Crest package that you can buy at target or wal mart that comes with the whitestrips, whitening toothpaste, and whitening mouthwash. I think that would be a great buy!
Hope it helps!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.
Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.
I found the information at

Just go to dentist. They'll make a matrix that suit your teeth.
Depends on the product that your dentist use, you will need to attach the matrix a couple of hours per day. I used it when i sleep though. It takes 2-3 weeks to complete the process, depend on how yellow your teeth are. But you will need to avoid coloring food for 1 month since the treatment, name..curry, soya, mango, orange, anything that you think will stain your cloth - avoid them. It's not easy, but then you will love your smile after 1 month. Good luck trying ;)

I also hear that Brite Smile is a good product, but I also know that some of those products can cause your teeth to be sensative when applying. I would save up and have it done in a dentist office.Your better off, that way it lasts longer.

Brite smile to go.
it's a pen that you just rub on your teeth twice a day.
it takes 20 seconds..and in a week you'll notice a difference.
go to www.qvc.com and then type it in.
it's amazing!!
good luck..
