On the few occasions that I have actually done that I did take a second or two to think about what would be in the book they would throw at me.
Definitely reckless driving and possibly reckless endangerment.
Public lewdness or indecency.
I have no doubt that they would find a reason to suspend my license.
Still all the women in question were of legal age and more than willing participants. The roads were empty , the cruise control was on and I had not been drinking.
Would I do it again ?Oh yeah

If you dont cause an accident and are going the speed limit, maybe. But then there is the law of public nudity and also the obscene thing too cant think of it right now.
Was someone watching the movie "The Chase" with Charlie Sheen? THere is a scene that involves a high speed chase, and him having sex in the car while he's driving it.

Sex in public = illegal
Distracted driving = illegal

Having sex while driving on the freeway and not getting caught = priceless

I've been told of this, and the ones having sex were the driver and his wife. If you're caught, I'm sure it is. But if you get into an accident because of this, you may wish you had been busted before you got into the accident and had things sliced off by flying glass.

Not if you and your partner were in the back of a chauffeur-driven limousine. It would be illegal if one of the participants was also the driver at the time.
