he sed he loved me, he wanted to F*** me, he always "touches" me no matter how much i tell him to leeve me alone he wont. all my friends have tried to tell him i preety much hate him now. i wanted him to be my friend but he doesnt get it. I've got him in trouble with the princeble 4 times this week.and he told me today he was gonna buy somthing that we can use together on V-day what did he mean by that? plz help me so i can get through middle skool with out having anymore problems with him!

Tell him to leave you alone, that you don't like him like that. Sounds like he can't take a hint, so I would just avoid him altogether. If you can't do that - just ignore him or speak coldly to him.
If he persists, tell an adult he's causing you problems.
You never know the type of person that could rape or physically hurt someone until it's too later.

Tell him you refuse to interact with him in any way other than as polite friends. Do not allow him to touch you. Keep reporting him to the administration until he stops.
