No, her ears are just growing.
Please don't have her ears cropped. Love her the way she is!

She'll be just fine. At 4 months, she's just starting teething. This process sometimes pulls some of the minerals out of the cartilege and makes the ears a bit droopy. They'll be fine when she's through teething, back to their wonderful pointy selves.
Be sure you don't give her any supplements the vet hasn't recommended. Just her good quality dry dog food is all she needs.

She is a puppy and her ears are growing. They should eventually stay up. At the worst if they continue to not stay up, you may need to tape them for a little while till the cartilage hardens. Good luck!

As long as she is a puppy it is OK, They should eventually stay
up. I would not worry just yet. Later if they don't stay up you
may need to tape them. I have a Boston(Wilson) he is a little
over 4 mo. and his are not standing yet. Good luck!
