THE BEST Sandals - to answer your question - is the Sandals Regency St. Lucia. It is absolutely "world class".
There are three Sandals on St. Lucia - the Regency, the Grande, and the Halcyon - they are rated, and priced in that order.
Our agency sends many honeymoon couples to all of these resorts - and Sandals provides free transportation so you can experience them all at no additional charge! Almost without fail, the couples that did not book in the Regency - although they had a fabulous honeymoon - come back and tell us how "great" the Regency is.

The best way to find out which Sandals resort is perfect for you is to call a Sandals Certified Platinum Level Agency. The are only a handful in the world and are specially train by Sandals to sell their resorts. They personally visit each resort and island destinations and can recommend the right one. Most important they can explain the most confusing problem of picking and understand the ROOM CATEGORIES. Some resorts have over 20 room levels. Is use Honeymoon Travel in East Dundee Illinois 630-792-1271 Joe compared pricing, flight times and really listened to what we were looking for in a resort.
It was not the resort my best friend recommended, We even compared other hotel brands and I knew we picked the perfect resort. I was so happy I booked with them, I really got the lowest price out there!!

We stayed at Sandals Negril and had a great time. There was a mix of ages to lots of young couples there for their wedding/honeymoon to alot of middle-aged couples. For the most part, I think all of the sandals resorts offer the same activities (it was up to you whether you wanted to be involved.) Although not much was planned for late night (but since you are on your honeymoon, the two of you probably want to spend that time alone). For dining, we loved the 4Cs restaurant and the Saturday night dinner buffet was amazing.
I believe it was one of the smaller of the Sandals resorts so everything was walkable but if you want to find some place where the two of you could be alone that was also very possible.
At sunset each night, they had a saxophonist on the beach which made it very romantic.
My sister-in-law had also heard great things about Sandals Whitehouse and is getting married there this year.

Well... can't be of much help cause i was gonna recommend Sandals Antigua but as you can see everyone else beat you to it. Sandals St. Lucia is nice as well but it's a ptiy you could not get to Antigua tho!

Way better than Sandals is Beachcomber - check them out they are absolutely amazing. One of my fav's is the Paradis hotel on Mauritius.
