Try using a benzoyl peroxide gel that you would put on your acne after you have washed your face morning and evening. Start with a 2.5% and if you see no adverse effetcs, you can use a 5%. Make sure you use a good sunscreen, as you will be at increased risk for sunburn... but you should be using a good sunscreen anyway! Using BPO, you may experience some peeling (exfoliation) of the affected area.... that's okay as long as there is no itching or burning. You can purchase this type of gel at any drug or discount store, but if you want a really great product, go to www.paulaschoice.com. Excellent products, excellent prices, and good research backs up the product's ingredients and efficacy.

The pimples probably started from little whiteheads, work with biore pore cleansing strips every three days and use a scrub such as st ives apricot scrub (medicated one is best) on your nose every day. This was made for acne and im positive it will clear up in a few days or weeks. Avoid oily food. If all fails, see a dermatologist. Good luck.

Acne is caused by clogged pores that form microcosims of bacteria pockets inside your skin. You actually shouldn't need any acne medicine if you take care of your skin. The important thing is what type of SOAP you use in the shower. Most garbage soap you find in normal stores has Tallow, which is animal-fat, and clogs pores and CAUSES Acne and are extremely DRYING to the skin. What you need is real soap, not detergent, almost all cheap store brand soaps aren't actually soap at all! They strip away healthy oils, and leave you with pore clogging animal-fat and dry skin.

Switch to vegan-based Castile soaps, Dr. Bronners is fantastic, I recommend it. No residues, no skin clogging, and extremely good at clearing up skin troubles.

For immediate relief, get Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash. Tea Tree Oil is fantastic for killing off Acne and preventing new acne growth. Consider it natures safe and non-toxic version of Benzoyl Peroxide.

Avoid the products with nasty synthetic chemicals and skin irritants like Sodium Laureth Sulfates and their families. Not to mention they are carcinogenic.

Try monitoring what you eat. Stay away from foods like chocolate and other junk food.

Also, the importance of washing your face witha soft cloth cannot be stressed enough.
