It is so not, will half shirts and pants that look like they are painted on pants get you a job in life noooooo.... it will just get you a seat next to all the other criminals. I guess that in these days all pppl care about is looks.

Depends on what you define as a hoochie, and what you consider someone to be who carries themselves with class.
I think it's best to be yourself. Not eveyone has class...not everyone who tries or pretends to have it can pull it off. Not everyone needs it.
