No David, GOD is not Gay.
And Yes, GOD is Bound by the Laws (Spiritual) that HE Goes by.
GOD is Bound by the Contracts HE makes too.
GOD made a Contract with Mankind through Adam and that Contract is Almost up.
When over, GOD can Personally Come back into the Creation (Earth) that Adam Kicked HIM out of.
When GOD sends a Human Being to the Earth to be Born (GOD is Bound by Law to send a Human Being when Sperm meets Egg) it can get Messed Up in a lot of ways, some of those ways are Sexually (Physical Body, Mind sets (male or female) the Bible calls them What-so-evers and YES--GOD Loves them too. GOD wants ALL Human Beings, no matter How messed up they are to get their Spirits Recreated (Saved) so they can Spend Eternity with GOD in the Creation.

God is not bound by His law; that's correct. however, you are suffering from backward philosophy, trying to justify your view of God through man. one must view man through one's view of God.
God is not bound by His own law because His law was formed in order to urge mankind to behave more like Him.
so no. God's not gay. i suggest you adjust your errant philosophy before you ask more of these backward questions.
