Guys are dumb. They won't know you like them unless you tell them. So what better way to tell him than asking him out for a dinner date?
If he declines, at least he'll know how you feel and he'll come back to you later. If he doesn't, well at least you tried.

Why would it be a no no? It's just as okay for a girl to ask out a guy, as it is for a guy to ask out a girl.
As for possible rejection, that's just a risk one takes when asking someone out. Guys have been subjecting themselves to possible rejection for centuries. It's about time women took some of the burden off of them.

No its totally fine. now if he declines, you should ask if hes doing anything on what ever day you want to go out, before actually asking. but if he jus plain out doesn't want to eat with you, forget him. you deserve some one who wants to spend time with you.

Don't set yourself up for failure! I think it's cute, I'd love it if a girl asked me out for dinner on v-day.
Doesn't really apply to me, but I think it's a great idea.

I think that you should go for it! But if he does say no, then be strong and take a little money and buy yourself a pedicure or a Dr. Pepper and Hershey Bar...Good Luck Girl!
