Well, you could go the cheap route if you have a pair of pliers and a bottle of whiskey................. ok, maybe not. If you don't have dental insurance, the out of pocket fee could range anywhere from 90.00 to 250.00 and that's to pull it without any complications. If it's impacted, you'll have to get it pulled by an oral surgeon and could expect to pay anywhere from 300.00 to 600.00. It all depends on the Dentist. Before paying for it, I would check the yellow pages and see if you can find a free or low cost dental clinic. There are Dentists who volunteer their time the those that have little money. If you don't have a free clinic where you're at, my next suggestion would be to contact a University. Find out if they have a Dental class. Sometimes, subjects are needed for the students to practice on. Don't worry, the instructor would be standing right there to make sure they don't mess up. If you can't find a university that has a dental class, look to see if there is a regular dental school in your area. They also would need people for the students to practice on. I hope you find something! Good luck.

Cost of an extraction is pretty high. The office I work at is anywhere between $95-$395 a tooth depending on how impacted it is. If you are indian of any kind then there are indian clinics that will do it for free. Some health clinics have dentists on staff and they will do it. Good luck! I will look up some other things and if I find any then I'll let you know.

It cost me about $1600 to have all four taken out at the same time, but my insurance covered half of it. So I only had to pay $810. My guess is that it should cost you around $400-600. But definately try different oral surgeons to see what they charge and what their recommendations are. Maybe it can wait until you are done with school

Open the phone book, call a dental surgeon in your town and ask.

Pricing varies in different parts of the country.

Go to your schools health clinic and ask them to refer you to a dentist that might take payments.

I am getting mine pulled out March 1st only the bottom 2 (the worst ones)
My insurance pays 100% but it would cost me close to $1000.00 (both)if I had to pay myself.
