Hi, Im 12 years old right now and I have never learned any hebrew before. I only know a few words of it and I have just decided to try and learn hebrew. I was wondering how long it generally takes a kid (or an adult) to learn/pick up on hebrew. Also if it helps I speak Russian, which might or might not help me learn. If you could help me it would be great!

Hebrew is a very easy language. If you would like, email me and I could start teaching you the basics. At 12 years old and already bilingual, it won't take long at all.

Modern or Biblical Hebrew? If you're in a Hebrew-speaking environment, it shouldn't take long.

The younger you are the easier it will be for you to pick it up. And knowing different languages always help you pick up on new ones! It's easier for your mind to come up with a memory device for it. Like in Spanish I remember agua is water because it sounds and looks like aqua which is a color I have always associated with water.
