I find it highly scarry to know i have some sort of a spirit guide following me everywhere :S

Spirit guides are false "friends". If you indeed have one, it is sent by the enemy of God to guide you away from His truth, and into the 'truths' that lead to eternal destruction.
The Bible says that the enemy comes like an angel of peace, a thing of beauty. This is what is so dangerous about false & new age-y faith practices. It looks lovely, sounds lovely, and feels lovely. The members are lovely. But it is nothing more than deception and lies and a one-way ticket to damnation.
There is only one name by which you must be saved - Jesus. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Light. It is pretty cut and dry. Jesus is Lord, or you are on your way to hell.
Truth is truth. Jesus is His Name. Too simple, I guess.
Spirit guides are demonic.

Somebody always leave a string path. Just follow the string. Sometimes it is made of pasta. In that case you will find the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
