What would you set as a "must" have in a partner?

Well, I'm 42 and my low dating age is around mid 30s right now, upper is 49 (I can't make myself cross the 50 mark yet).
Must haves in a partner? Chemistry, honesty, integrity, sense of humor, intelligence, financially solvent (can support himself), some things in common, a good communicator, similar sex drive, and the list could go on...those are all mandatory things though.

The youngest was 22, I was 23 at the time.. The oldest is 39, and that's who I am with now. I am 34.

I wouldn't date an 18-year-old kid, but I'd sure as hell screw him. The oldest man I'd date would be 40 (I'm 30, soon to be 31).
Must-haves? An open mind.

i'm 24...the youngest i'd go out with would be 24...the oldest...maybe 35 max.
intelligence is a MUST! great eyes, and height are high up there as well.

i am 35. 27 is the youngest (not sure why) and 45 is the oldest.
A must have in a partner for me includes: sense of humor, good work ethic, and a good sex drive.

i would say age doesnt matter.... but it kinda does.. cause i wouldnt want to be a cradle robber... yet i wouldnt want a guy old enough to call dad.
... as far as the "must haves".... every woman is different... personally, my man needs have an idea of where he wants to go with his life. i mean he doesnt need to be this "twenty-year plan- i cant go out tonight i have project deadline 3 months from now" kind of guy... just someone who knows what he wants... and i have to feel completely comfortable around him. among other things like the whole physical attraction part :]..... if those things are in order... it might work out............ but like i said every woman is different.

Not picky about age as long is everyone is legal.
So 18-45.
Sense of humor, love of music, kind to people and animals, good libido, fit.

i would never date a guy younger than me by a year or so.
it's just the way i am. i am 15. so my age limit. set myself is 18. my parents seem to be okay with it.
nice eyes. and killer smile are a plus for me.
but i love it when a guy is comfortable around me. and can just sit there and talk with me for hours with no dull moments. that really gets me.
