it doesn't matter...

you can't do anything with an empty silo except wish that you had a bomb

It is not a bad Idea.
Common Sense.
A general in Japan lived through Both Explosions using Shelters.
(how he Knew those Explosions were going to Happen is what Worries me!)
Oh well.
The Best way to Leave the Earth would be in the Rapture (if you Believe in a Rapture).
