I like this girl and I think she likes me, and we've been friends for 5 years. The thing is, i'm only 13, and I don't know if I should tell her how I feel, but possibly ruin our friendship early, or not tell her, and wait till i'm old enough to actually do something big for her, but risk her thinking that I don't like her if i wait too long to tell her. so... plz answer.

Im glad your heads in the right place. Your thinking logical and thats great.
What I'd do is be real with her; Tell her that you like her but you want to do somthing great for her. Tell her that "I dont want to be asking my parents for money to go on a date with you" haha.
If she REALLY (and I mean really cause no one waits long) like you, then she'll wait. My best advice is to go out with her, but dont go too drastic. Besides your only 13 man, and I know I hated to hear this when I was young but - you got the rest of your life to be miserable. Just sit back and enjoy childhood (as much as it seems like it sucks major butt at this moment).

You emphasise you're age as if to say that she's significantly older than you? If you want her to know you'll have to tell her EVENTUALLY - tricks will only get you so far. Just go for it, but it's never a good idea to ask out friends. The longer you leave it the harder it'll be. Maybe/
