So... here's the story: i liked this guy and my friend told him (wasn't supposed to) and it turned out he didn't like me as more than a friend (we are friends... and by the way... he has a girl friend). Now, i don't flirt with him... but he flirts with me, and its NONSTOP!!! And i can't help myself but flirt back, i mean come on! i still like the guy... its hard not to flirt with him. But he also has a gf (like i told you before) and that makes me feel bad (not that bad....). But, i know i'm acting like a door mat.... because i keep letting him flirt with me and by the way, he touched my butt twice (I CONFRONTED HIM AND HE SIAD THAT IT WAS ONLY WITH A FOLDER... HE HIT MY BUTT WITH A FOLDER.. DON'T KNOW IF THAT MAKES IT ACCEPTABLE) and my face once (GENTLY)..... So.. how can i stop myself???

LISTEN! I ASKED THIS QUESTION BEFORE!!! AND I HAVE GOTTEN GOOD ANSWERS... I DECIDED TO PLAY HARD TO GET (LIKE NOT PAY AS MUCH ATTEN. TO HIM AND FLRT/W OTHER GUYS). I NEED TIPS ON HOW TO DO THIS!

A question for you....if this guy is already dating someone and IF through all your flirting you were able to "steal" him away, what makes you think some other girl won't do the same to you?

A guy who has no respect for his girlfriend will certainly treat you no differently.

Well first of all this guy sounds like a complete d***head!! He has a gf for f*** sake!! He shouldn't be doing it. Just be careful though because he could just be flirting with you cause it strokes his ego and it makes him feel good! He might not even like you that way at all! If you wanna try things with this guy you should just say that you want it to stop cause he has a gf and you're not gonna get in the way of that and then dont act so interested in him! I know it'll be hard but just make small talk with him and pay more attention to everyone else. You could even pretend that you've got a crush on someone else now. For some reason people go after people that dont show them much attention. Also remember that if you's do end up hooking up that he could do the same thing to you with someone else!

I'd lay it flat out for him: You expressed an interest (indirectly), and HE SAID HE WASN'T INTERESTED, so he has NO right to flirt with you. Confront him face to face real blunt "are you interested?" And since he can't say no, tell him to do something about it, namely dump his current bf, and date you. If he won't do that, then tell him to stay the hell away from you, you don't need the headgame. And if this is a work situation, his actions could be considered sexual harrassment by some Candace Bergen types (I don't really think it's too bad what he did) and yeah, keep your dignity, don't let him see that you want him, it's totally feeding his ego.

I have a friend whose kind of like that. I don't like him or anything, but he's really flirty even though he has a girlfriend and he likes to tease other girls with touches...

Anyway, there is not a lot you can do. I would remain friends with him, and tell him that he should be more careful or his girlfriend will think that he's cheating on her, but I think you're really making a big deal out of nothing.

In fact, if your friend and his girlfriend ever break up with each other you have reason to hope that you're next in line, right?

Best advice anyone can give you: don't sweat the small stuff. and remember, it's almost all small stuff ;). Good luck!

If he has a girlfriend, then he's off-limits. Since he's flirting with you and he told your friend that he doesn't like you as more than a friend, then he sounds to me like a complete and total jerk. He's playing you and his girlfriend. Tell him straight up to stop hitting on you unless he wants to start a relationship with you and he's willing to break it off with his girlfriend. This is a potentially dangerous situation, for all involved. You should confront him and tell him to either just be friends with you or make it something more.

Ok I can just tell by how you describe him that he is a player. I just know 'em when I see 'em. Or I guess hear about them. So sorry to bust your Bubbly Baby but if you guys end up together you might just end up with YOUR heart broken so my advice is get over him and see the light. There are lots of other fish in the sea... or the school I guess it would be in this case...

Well if you like him flirt with him!Wtf if he has a gf its his fault he was flirting with you so i say go for it!Here are some tips:when he's around and his gf is near start talking with him!make it so he doesn't see his gf let her walk by or something. If this is at school try sitting with him at lunch and flirt.Or try the old"make him jealous" trick find a boy you like(not as much as him though!)and start to pretend to flirt it might make him jealous. And maybe he's just trying to make you jealous too!

You don't appear to be very aware of the Q&A procedure us adults perform. The the first thing you have to do is ASK A QUESTION. Then, possibly, men and women will provide you the reply.

well it sounds like a case of he only like you cuz u like him. Dont give him eye contact, never make definite plans. If he touches you dont acknowledge it with a smile. Act liek youre bored. Keep looking at your watch or cell phone. If someone calls you- talk to them. That should be good.

Ill pass him a note in gym class...
Seriously. If you want him, go for it. Just know who you will hurt in the process. Look him in the eye and tell him not to play with you, and if he wants a taste then not to play games. be truthful, speak your heart. If he doesn't respond the way you want, he's not your Friend, and drop him to the curb. Life's too short.
