If you are her student and under 18 yes it is illegal and she should go to jail and you need help. If she is coming on to you you need to tell your parents. She is in a position of power to manipulate you.

As long as you are a minor (under 18) it would be illegal. There are plenty of hot girls your age. If you are in college it wouldn't be illegal but it would be inappropriate.
I'm a teacher who's young and good looking and I would never involve myself with one of my students not matter how attractive I think they are. They are too many men my own age that I could have a relationship with.

Now that you're in college, it's okay. BUT, you have to wait until next semester when she's not your teacher anymore.
If you're still in high school, which I doubt because you'd have to be a complete moron to think that it would be okay to have a relationship with your teacher, then yes, it is ILLEGAL (whether you're of legal age-18-or not). Plus, if she really is hot, then I doubt that she'd want to be with you so keep dreaming loverboy.

Illegal in grade and high school where the difference in age makes it pedophilia on the part of the teacher.
Unethical in college, university and graduate school where it makes the real ability and academic progress of the student questionable.
Haven't you ever watched the news? Sadly, these stories are everywhere. So many I don't remember the names of the participants.
Find yourself a nice girl your own age.

YES! That is against the school board also, but I guess if you fell in love and were within a small age group that it may be alright, but it would have to be kept secret...
I recommend Onegai Teacher (actually Please Teacher, but it was misprinted) it is both a manga and anime series, it ends on 13 and has the same situation, youtube.com has the series uploaded

Yes. Even in college, unfortunately. Dating her (or having sex with her) could get her fired. It breaks the teacher/student relationship, which must be kept professional. And the sad thing is, you would be able to date her (provided you're of legal age) if you weren't a student. C'est la vie.

Yes, illegal. She would get fired and be considered a sexual predator. You are a minor and are not able to consent by law. She should know better, but sometimes adults make mistakes too. Do her a favor and don't pressure her.

Yes indeed,it is legal for her.She can get in big trouble,loose her job,and she will go to jail.Just b.c. you think she's hot doesn't mean she wants you.So I suggest find a hot blonde classmate,b.c. messing w/ teacher will lead to disaster and chaos but if you are 18 are over is totally your decision but she still will get fired.

are u like in college? if so...then if both consent and it's on the down low ...it's fine...but she might get in some trouble from the board...b/c it'd be a conflict of interest...ie you'd be getting a's if you're sleeping with her...
y not wait until u're out of her class after the quarter or semester is over and then get into something with her?

yes it is wrong and against the law don't even think of it too much trouble and she could end up in jail .then again you could always go on the Dr Phil show after wards and talk to the world about it
