I'm planning to visit Trinidad for a couple days and i've decided to go over to Tobago for a day to celebrate my 21st birthday. We're gonna be flying in on friday mourning and leaving sat. mourning, mainly just there for the Buccoo reef/Nylon pool tour. Does anyone know a nice hotel that I can stay for the night (b/c many hotels have a 3 night minimum) but also something maybe romantic to celebrate my birthday. I'm willing to pay up to $200 a night. And also something w. in the location of crowne point so it wouldn't be far from the airport or pigeon point beach.

Definitely Kariwak Village - I've had the good fortune of having to go to T&T 3 times in the past year, and Kariwak Village was the hotel of choice while in Tobago. Affordable, accessible to the airport - you can walk there - and of course a 10 minute walk to Store Bay where you can pick up the boats to go to the reef.
Have fun, and enjoy the warm weather for me!

Viola's. that's a pair of 5 - 8 minutecontinual from the airport and that's opposite Hilton Plantations. The accomodation is enormous. that's enormous for communities. the right floor residences do no longer want AC. I undergo in suggestions asking the host how are we meant to stay right here in this warmth. He opened the decrease back door and the front abode windows and sparkling air in simple terms flowed thro the condominium it became marvelous. there's a pool and a small save/verify-in. the situation is rather clever and the area around the villas fairly is previous college Tobago. What my acquaintances and that i admire the ideal is that there is a bus supply up and at evening we turn it right into a huge Tobago lime. verify them out you wont sense sorry approximately it.

The earlier posts all have good answers. If you're willing to spend a bit more, you can check out Coco Reef. It's a bit more private, and they have an incredible breakfast in the mornings.

The Tobago Hilton is nice, but it's quite a ways from the airport and the other attractions of Tobago. They have nice pools, but the beach is on the Atlantic side and not as clean.

Romantic, affordable, comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, Crown Point and beautiful Store Bay. That's the Kariwak Hotel. Do remember to feed my feathered friends at breakfast if you get a reservation. It's very busy due to the Carnival celebrations. Oh! how I envy yoou.

When are you planning to go? It's crazy busy there right now as Carnival is in the air. Kariwak Village is nice and in the area you want to be. Crown Point Hotel is right by Store Bay and it's cheaper. Whenever you do go have lots of fun in the sun.

I like surf side hotel since its close to Store bay and other beaches, very near to a grocery, Bank laundry, restaurants, etc.

I spend $150.00 for two person the last time I was there!

Google or yahoo to get their site! You may also want to look through the daily papers! www.trinidadexpress.com should show you some guest houses - remember this time is pretty busy! Gust houses range from $50.00 per person up! I can check out some places for you send me a message and I'll get back to you
